Shipping Information

  • Standard shipping, packing and handling methods and rates available only for delivery within the Continental U.S. and Canada.
  • For delivery to PO Boxes, we can only deliver via USPS (U.S. Postal Service).
  • Be sure to include your exact street address and include your telephone number so that we can contact you if necessary.
  • Foreign orders ship complete when all merchandise is available. Submit payment in USD. Canadian orders ship via International Ground or International Air Parcel Post. All other foreign orders ship via International Air Parcel Post. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office for more information).

A freight surcharge of $35 will be added to each shipment to Canada.
A freight surcharge of $75 will be added to all other foreign orders for each international shipment.

Shipping, Packing & Handling to Continental U.S. & Canada

  • Standard shipping for in-stock merchandise within the Continental U.S. and Canada varies by time zone. For Eastern and Central allow 3-5 business days, for Mountain and Pacific allow 5-7 business days.
  • Standard shipping delivery is Monday - Friday.
  • Cuddledown shipping cut-off is 2:00 PM EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Orders to AK or HI via Standard Shipping take 30 days.
  • Canadian orders ship via International Ground or International Air Parcel Post and may incur duties, taxes and brokerage fees. A freight surcharge of $35 will be added to each shipment to Canada. For more information, please contact your local Customs Office.

International Shipping (shipping to countries other than the U.S.)

Foreign Orders: Foreign orders ship complete when all merchandise is available. Submit payment in USD. Foreign orders ship via International Ground or International Air Parcel Post. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office for more information).

International Shipping Method & Cost:

For orders shipping to Canada:
International Ground (5 – 7 business days) add $35.00 Standard Shipping Charge.

For orders shipping to other countries:
International Air Parcel Post (6 – 8 weeks) add $75.00 Standard Shipping Charge.

Carrier Imposed Surcharge

Total charge for the order may include carrier (Fedex, UPS, USPS, etc.) imposed surcharges during periods of high volume shipping. When imposed, this charge will appear in your checkout summary and will be labeled as applicable.

Get Your Package Faster with express shipping (Restricted to Continental U.S. only)

  • U.S. Postal Service is available for orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii.
  • NOTE: Shipping cut-off is 2:00 PM EST. Orders received after this time will be processed the following business day.
  • Days listed in chart indicate business days.
  • Orders received after 2:00 PM EST on Friday, will not be shipped from our warehouse until Monday (meaning, even with express shipping options, the earliest arrival time would be Tuesday).

Furniture Shipping

Larger items such as beds, tables, chests, rugs, and select décor are shipped directly from the manufacturer, and carry shipping charges in addition to the standard charges listed above.

Additional Shipping Fees, added to standard shipping charge:

  • Complete Beds (all sizes) – $225
  • Headboards (all sizes) – $150
  • Nightstands – $75
  • Benches/Occasional – $75
  • Chests/Dressers/Chairs – $150
  • Rugs 6' x 9' or larger – $30

Delivery Times:

  • Furniture – please allow up to 12-24 weeks
  • Rugs – please allow up to 2-3 weeks

White Glove Service: Each furniture piece is individually made to order by our suppliers to ensure the best quality. Due to size and weight, furniture items require special handling and care. With our White Glove Service, the item is delivered to your home by qualified people who will unpack, inspect, assemble, and set up your furniture inside your home. Removal of all packing materials is included.

  • Before delivery, a Cuddledown representative will call to coordinate information such as: number of stairs & flights of stairs, width of stairs, doorways, hallways, etc.
  • White Glove Service furniture delivery company will call to schedule delivery with you. Please note: delivery must take place within 30 days of shipment so as not the incur storage charges, payable by the customer.
  • White Glove Service will not move other pieces of furniture out of the way to make room for your new item. The area and pathway to get to the designated area must be clear and ready for delivery.
  • All beds and case goods, except those that are shipped UPS, will be delivered using White Glove Service.
  • There is a 50% re-stocking fee for cancellations or returns on all White Glove Service items ordered, payable by the customer.
