Returns and Exchanges

All Cuddledown purchases are backed by our 100% satisfaction guarantee.
At Cuddledown, your satisfaction is important to us and we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, simply return it within 90 days of ship date, and we’ll replace it or refund the cost of the item (excluding Shipping and Handling fees). Monogrammed, personalized or special-order items are non-returnable. If your purchase was defective, we will replace it for up to one full year from purchase date. Print FedEx Return Label

For fast and easy returns use our convenient FedEx self-service option to print a prepaid return label. A return shipping charge of $11.95 will be deducted from your refund or charged to your credit card for exchanges. Click below and complete the form to create a return label. Enter your order number in the "Reference Number" field and follow instructions on the label for package dropoff.

To expedite your return/exchange, please use your original Cuddledown Packing Slip or return label.

Repack items in a sturdy box with the enclosed packing slip and complete the form.

Use the enclosed return label included in your package. A return shipping fee of $11.95 will be deducted from your return refund.

Use the return label on the front of the packing slip form, prepay and insure via USPS (United States Postal Service).

Be sure to keep your return tracking number from the return shipping label for your records. Please add your return address to the box being returned, and insure. Please allow 4-6 weeks for Exchanges and/or Refunds by Credit Card or Check.

When shipping without an original packing slip or prepaid label, be sure to indicate whether you would like an exchange, credit card refund, or a check refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange the product for another item, simply use the prepaid return label included with your order and complete the form on the packing slip.

If this was a gift and you do not have the prepaid label, please call our customer service department at 1-800-323-6793, and we will be happy to assist you. It’s helpful if you can provide the gift purchaser’s name and address.

If you need the exchanged item quickly, our customer service representatives can process an Expedited Exchange for you.

Canadian and Other International Returns and Exchanges

Fill out the packing slip and include with your return. FedEx International or International Air Parcel Post. All other foreign orders ship via International Air Parcel Post. All orders may incur duty, tax and brokerage fees (please contact your local Customs Office or FedEx for more information).

Returns or Exchanges at Our Store in Freeport Maine

You may also return or exchange an item at our retail store in Freeport Maine. Please note however that our full product line is not available in the store, so we recommend calling first to ensure your exchange item is available. International Customer Returns and Exchanges

To exchange or return a purchase, simply complete the form on the back of your packing invoice and return it to the address below with the merchandise. For your protection, return your package insured by your local carrier.
