Why Enter a Review?
Product reviews are a great way for you to assist other visitors to our site. You can rave about a product you were very pleased with and pass that information on to others who are considering buying it. Often you will find that the best information you can get about a product is in what you read about a product from someone who has already purchased it, and our product reviews allow customers to share this information directly with each other.
The reviews are also a way of letting us know what you think about the product. At Cuddledown we value our customers' opinions, and we would love to hear what you have to say. When you submit a review you can choose not to have your comments published, and can instead use the Product Review as a way of communicating with us your likes, dislikes, and suggestions for improvement.

How to Enter a Review
Entering a customer review is quick and easy. Simply click on the Reviews tab on the product page for the product you would like to review, and fill out the requested information in the boxes provided.
Follow the detailed steps below if you need more guidance:
If You Have the Product Number
- Type the four-digit product number or product name into the search box on the upper-right-hand corner of any page, and it will bring you to the product's page.
- On the item's product page, click on the Reviews tab. It is a grey tab located furthest right on the product information tabs at the top of the page. On the Reviews tab, click on the Submit a review text link.
- The page will reload with the Customer Review form for you to fill out specific to that product. Please fill in each area that is marked with an asterisk (*). You may want to include additional details about the particular style of product you are reviewing (for example, the "soft" pillow versus the "overfilled").
- Once you have filled out the form, click the Submit button.
If You Do Not Have the Product Number
- Log into your account by clicking here.
- If you do not have an account, and do not remember the product information, please contact our customer service department via Live Chat or 1-800-323-6793, and they will assist you with publishing your product review.
- Once logged into your account, select Order History from the navigation bar on the left-hand side. This brings you to a list of all the orders you have placed with Cuddledown. Select the order that contains the product you would like to review by clicking on its order number.
- This will display the item's Order Detail page. You will see all the information from your order, including a list of the products purchased in that order. Copy down the product number or the product name and then follow the directions above for If You Have the Product Number.

Your Privacy Is Our Priority
You will notice on the bottom of the form that there are three publishing choices so you can control the privacy of your personal information:
- You may publish my comments with my name, city & state
- You may publish my comments, but none of my personal information
- Please do not publish my comments
These three choices allow you to dictate what you would like us to do with the information you submit.
We are excited to hear what you have say to say, so please do come back and share a review about a Cuddledown product! Our goal is post all feedback as quickly as possible that will assist our customers in making decisions about Cuddledown products. On occasion, it may take us a number of days to publish reviews and we may not publish a review if we feel the content is not helpful or is inaccurate. Please do not hesitate to contact us if you would like to inquire on a review you submitted.
