How to Order

Order Online
Browse our collection of Cuddledown products and click on Add to Cart when you find an item you would like to purchase. When you're ready to checkout, click on Shopping Cart to finish the purchasing process. After making any updates or changes to your order, finalize your purchase by clicking the Checkout button.
Order Confirmation
Upon finalizing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation of your order and a copy will be sent to your email account. The confirmation will include your order number and the total you'll be charged.

Order by Fax
Print out your selection in your shopping basket and fax your order to 207-761-1948.

To Check Your Order Status
You may check your order status anytime if you have previously registered with us by clicking on My Account signing in, and selecting Order History. Or call us at 800-323-6793 from 8:00 am to midnight EST — or email us anytime. Emails received after midnight EST will be answered the following day.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. Items are charged to your credit card when they ship. If an item is on back order, you will not be charged until the backordered item ships.
